lousy management

another week past, as usual, work shit. other than that everything quite gd...
today suppose to be on standby de lor... but no call received. so stayed in the hell br. today a lot of ppl... then i help cust to check things, csm said, y i keep coming into the room. no terminal how to check, isn't i have to go into back room to help customer to do the thing. asking stupid thing lor... haiz...
ytd a ger went to geylang br to relief. smth happen lor... haiz... then now our br short of one teller liao lor... haiz.... she dun wanna go for relief de lor... then i wanna go for relief lor.. then y is she the one always go for relief? she is one of the teller that perm in ur br, i am juz a no one in ur br, y dun let me go relief? isn't that ur management have a very serious problem??? everytime said will be on our side, protecting us.... sai lor... talk rubbish. haiz.... getting no feeling to this work. everytime said teamwork teamwork. i see NO TEAMWORK AT ALL....!!!!
mag mag gg to last day in our br le... gonna miss her badly... I asked her how to ask for tfr to other br, then she said must ask csm to tell br banking ppl and also must see csm allow anot. I was telling myself, die liao lo.. cos she sure dun allow de ma. now our br juz gt enough teller.
after mag mag left, a new SGC will take over her. she is ok la.. but juz a bit slow lo... really wonder how our life will be after mag mag left, gek on leave. haiz... everytime said we slow, we slow because the back room slow... simple as that! ask for overriding, press the bell for long, still not yet out....
now dun think so much.. juz do n do n do until die.... ask officer smth, ppl said talking. so what if is talking, already so stress over customers, went to backroom talk a while with officer also cannot. haiz... afterall, this bank management is damn damn lousy!!!!!
