Mon liao. and today really got monday blues sia... the atmosphere in the branch was so damn down. most most impt is a MAD DOG in my branch... early morning start barking. really feel that 好人难做。 help her pick up things that she dropped then said i make spoil it n walk away without 'repairing' it... She really F*** lor... and afternoon really got 报应. her watch spoil!!! my mood was ok de lor... then she really spoil my whole day.. even though mood was bad but still need to smile in front of customers. haiz.... Anyway.. I am the kind of person, after the things over le.. over some times then i am fine le...

was tired, so reach home take a nap till 8.30pm and go find KG.... 问题在哪里呢？我要的是彼此互相体谅，尊敬。

everyone need a listening ears. Though I am one one of the listening ears to others, BUT i also need one for myself. Beside my mom, I believe there is no one can have that role. sometimes really feel emptiness in my life.

I hate the sentence "I am just like that".

Sometimes you hurt a person without knowing.

fri le... so fast.. almost end of my training... really treasured the 'last day' with the class... ytd 1st half went for mystery shopping for 3 banks. really fun. I went with Delphine to Tg pagar n Chinatown de banks. really got different experiences, even though we are trained but services is not as gd as other. must hao hao 'jian tao' liao... haha..

The next half we went for uniform fitting @ orchard. after that we went shopping. bought a pair of shinning shoes for $39. =)

Had dinner with KG @ Far East SQ then walk walk go home liao...

Today back to branch.. like no belonging liao sia.. shit... today was damn bz.. many things being crop up. customer complaining etc.. omg.. dunno if I can handle when i have my own counter anot sia... Seniors rather sucks also. haiz...

tmr will be back to branch for 1/2 day. today suppose to have hand on on some counting de lor... but boss din give me a chance to do so.. haiz... sad...

today dunno where are all the cab.. wanna take cab no cab lor... haiz... make me so fed up. stupid ppl cut queue also.. haiz...

today go HQ for a workshop call "hit me with your best shot"

I really enyoed myself in this workshop. Is not boring at all lor.. a lot of interaction, roleplay etc. One thing i enjoyed most is the trainer, Kelvin, look some damn alike as KG's brother. alamak... like photostat like tt de lor... plus the way he speaks, shape size etc... haha...

of all the training(till now), i think today is the most relex de.. cos we have 2.5 hrs lunch time, to go shopping, 'comment' on other shops, like the service provided by the shop is a pleasant shopping experience to us or not... so damn fun .. haha...

tmr will be going to other branches mystery shopping haha... exciting... I am going with Delphine to 2 branches. looking for tmr sia.... haha ....

erm.. slowly, I am getting more n more dislike of this person in my training class... I just cant tahan her man. She herself late and want to drag people along... Die die also want people to wait for her. N the way she talk also very proud lor... just cant tahan her... OMG....

Now just hope faster finish my training and back to branch. N hopefully i can know my perm branch asap. praying hard to go sunday banking. haha...

Mr KG so enjoying life lor... off 5 days, work 3 days and off 2 days again... envy sia..... lol.... haha...

2 days din blog le... basically mon after work went to meet my aunt who came to singapore for holiday. I met her to go SJPS for a drink. who knows she drunk and utters some unhappiness during the trip to HK last yr and many other things... hope everything solved by now. After she drunk, she suppose to go her friend house, but she said wanna come my house overnight, so we back home 11 plus and I slept at 2 plus.

So the next day woke up at 6.30am went work like zombie... my colleague also said i like ghost like that, wandering around dunno what I doing.. haha.. lucky i can tahan till off work. After work suppose to meet Violet to SJPS again de, cos the club's anniversary and I had the inivtation. but i totally drained out of energy. So meet her for a dinner @ DTF. Followed by a walk at RC and MS, home sweet home after that. heehee...was super tired.

today went to HQ for training. about 1 mth training started, 1st day feeling a bit stress le... the trainer speaks like machine gun sia.... or maybe she rushing for train la... OMG!!! anyway, now juz pray hard i pass and that it. I like the job as I think is smth what I want ba... haha ... thinking of meeting KG de, lucky i din sms him, cos he meeting his friend. but i do miss him. =(

After home, I am out again with mama n niece. We went to GESS's nearby playground for a play. enjoyed myself lor... tiring also... haha..

woohoo... FRI!!! haha.. today reach branch @ 8.25am... quickly go to find CSM. Cos i have a cosmetics training at 1030am. Ytd ask her she still dunno. until this morning.

The course is conducted by Clinique. very fun lor... the class gt ard 10 over people. All of us really enjoyed sia... put on so many skin care products. haha... nice make-up also. now dun feel like removing my make-up. cos i really like it a lot !!!! haha... Had 3 green eyes shadows(you guys must be wondering, GREEN???!! ugly right... but after put on, WOOHOO!!! magic... is so sweet haha.. ) , eyeliner, mascara, eyes gel, liquid foundation, loose power, finishing power etc.. so many steps!!! haha... but is worth spending some time for make-up, cause effect is DIFFERENT!!!haha...

after that go for lunch with my friends from the same training batch de. went back to office at 3.15pm together with Christy, she also having training at HQ, but her course was on ytd... so funny, he mentor also sotong... alamak haha... today OT till 7pm. cos our ATm machine down and many Q for counter. hhaa...

Oh ya, our branch got letter of compliment from one customer. Ytd he was EXTREMELY angry, talking so loud at my branch, in the end he invest quite a large amt in our bank. haha... morning briefing, manager said every threat may become an opportunity! =)

I am off for Sat till my training end next month. my CSM is really da hao ren. haa... love you man.. wahahahaha
